Thesis Submission
During Semester of Graduation: Dissertation/Thesis submission
- '.pdf' format is required
- e.g., bellamy_amy_f_201008_phd.pdf
- "Format Check" is a requirement from the graduate school
- Completed ~ 3 weeks before submission deadline
- "Does not" require "finalized" document, but in your best interest to have a near complete version in order to avoid unforeseen errors
- Final submission typically ~ 10-12 days before commencement
For exact deadline dates for a given semester see https://grad.uga.edu/index.php/current-students/important-dates-deadlines/
- Each committee member signs off on your dissertation, must have at least 2 weeks to review before defense

- Electronic Thesis Database
- The majority of thesis and dissertations are available through the UGA library
