Energy levels, Einstein A coefficients, and transition frequencies were obtained from JPL. Electron impact calculated in the Born approximation scaled to R-matrix calculations by Thuemmel, Nesbet, & Peyerimhoff, 1992, JPhB:AMO, 25, 21, 4553. He-HF rates from Yang et al, 2015, A&A. pH2-HF and oH2-HF rates for J=1-6 from Guillon & Stoecklin, 2012, MNRAS, 420, 1, 579. The rates for pH2-HF and oH2-HF for J=7-20 and all H-HF were scaled from He-HF rates of Yang et al, 2015, A&A.
